Crest Construction & Commercial Roofing is a Monroe-based construction company specializing in retail/restaurant construction and commercial roofing. We are growing and looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager who can help lead projects from planning through completion.

Crest Construction & Commercial Roofing is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction and roofing-related projects. This role requires someone who understands the field, can communicate clearly with crews and subcontractors, and knows how to keep projects moving on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate has real construction experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage people, schedules, budgets, documentation, and client communication with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and field crews
• Review plans, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Maintain project schedules and help drive production in the field
• Track job progress, budgets, costs, change orders, and project updates
• Use JobTread or similar construction management software to manage project information
• Communicate clearly with the field team and office team to keep projects aligned
• Help solve field issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure work is completed according to quality, safety, and schedule expectations
• Support smooth handoffs between estimating, project management, and field operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred
• Actual field experience strongly preferred
• Experience with commercial construction, retail/restaurant buildouts, or commercial roofing is a plus
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, scopes, and schedules
• Experience using JobTread or other construction management software preferred
• College degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward
• Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 + performance-based bonus tied to project profitability and estimating accuracy
• Top performers will make $150K+  compensation
